At the start of the week a friend said to me “I hope one day I can be as confident as you to share how I feel”. We sat down and spoke about mental health and how we both deal with it.
Then a guy came up to me the gym one evening and spoke to me about my blog. He thanked me and told me how it opened his eyes to how someone with anxiety thinks. He said he read my No One is a Unicorn blog. That is right my blog got a man in the gym not only talking about a unicorn but also mental health. That is why I write my blog! I have never felt so proud of something I do.
